Douglas Horne
Chairman and CEO
Douglas Horne is a corporate development specialist. He has over 20 years of experience building successful teams and businesses in many industries. He has taken many companies public, raised millions of dollars in financings, and is well versed in regulatory and public affairs. Mr. Horne was the British Columbia MLA for Coquitlam-Burke Mountain from 2009-15. He was Deputy Speaker from 2013-15, and Parliamentary Secretary to the Premier from 2011-13. He has also served on the Provincial Treasury Board and the Legislative Review Committee, and was Chair of the Select Standing Committee on Finance and Government Services, and Deputy Chair of the Select Standing Committee for Public Accounts.
Patrick Wang
President
Patrick Wang has over twenty-five years experience in marketing, managing large sales teams, and business development. He has built and managed successful businesses in the health care, food, pharmaceutical, and educational sectors. He was Managing Director of two large Chinese Pharmaceutical companies and managed a sales team of 3000 throughout China. Since immigrating to Canada, he has built a strong network and has shifted focus onto the international education sector. In addition, he is a principal of the Chinese Investment Firm, Zhong Meng Wei Ye Investment Corp.
